Odds and ends
Julian Assange... I don't think that having one-night stands with two different women only a couple of days apart justifies him being charged with rape, but I also don't think it merits a Nobel prize. (ETA: I suppose there might be details which I haven't heard about which might involve significant advances in medicine, economics, physics, etc.)
I'm looking for a couple of green LED replacement "Christmas lights", i.e., lamp bulbs with a C7 base, for use as night lights. Canadian Tire has them in red, white, and blue, 0.35W (which is about right for my purposes), but no other colours. If anyone knows of a local store that's likely to have them in green, please let me know. Yes, they can be bought on-line, but usually only in quantity and/or at prohibitive cost for shipping. I know I could buy white bulbs and add green colour, or replace the white LED with a green one, but that's a bit more hassle than I'd like to go to if I can avoid it.
I went swimming yesterday at the Nepean Sportsplex... carefully. The medium pool is 30'C and comfortable for slow swimming; the "swirlpool" tub is 38'C and comfortable for relaxing in. I'm hoping to go back periodically. I didn't get as much exercise as I'd have liked, but I'm not yet capable of it. I think the stretching did me some good, at least; yesterday evening I still had the usual pain levels but I did feel a bit better balanced, or something.

2. I'll try to keep an eye out.
3. Congratulations on the new progress. Be careful how you go with this, but I hope you do keep going...
