Multi-part arrangement?
Sep. 27th, 2008 10:24 pmDo any of you happen to have sheet music or a similar "breakdown" of Sam Cooke's "(What A) Wonderful World", showing the various vocal lines? You know, "Don't know much about history / Don't know much biology...", covered by Herman's Hermits, Art Garfunkel, and others..? I enjoy multi-part music, both listening to it and performing it, but I'm not at all good at picking out the parts.
I don't know if a small recording project is feasible, but I'm tempted to try. Against the stupid hypocrisy and evangelical ignorance of the religious right, every little bit helps.

It strikes me that the folks who record music regularly (and more to the point - arrange it) would be fairly good deconstructors.
Also, the song is entertaining. Palin-inspired?

The mere thought hadn't even begun to speculate about the merest possibility of crossing my mind.
By the way, there's currently some speculation that Palin's daughter's wedding is to be shotgunned earlier. As a popularity boost prior to the election. She's such a great mom.
