popelaksmi for periodically nudging about going. I wasn't very good at it -- the patterns were more complex than I could learn quickly, and a number of the standard "moves" are similar-but-different to steps that I know from other dance forms. But I expect I'll get better with practise. It was definitely good exercise. I knew a few of the people there from the Ottawa Folk Song Circle (which meets on the first and third Fridays of each month at floating locations).
